ADMISSIONS PROCESS

We Seek Students Who:

The Admissions Process:

1.  Get to know us:

The first step in the enrollment process is for you to learn about Watershed School through our website, brochure, phone conversations, or attending open houses and other events. We emphasize the importance of student involvement in the entire process.  For more information about school, please explore our website or fill out our inquiry request form.

2. Student Visit Day:

One of the best ways to discover whether Watershed School is right for you is to attend one of our student visit days.  Visit Days are an opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Watershed student and help prospective students discover what a Watershed education could be for them.

3.  Application:

Once you think that Watershed School might be right for you, please fill out an application and submit it to the Director of Admissions, Rebecca Yarmuth.  The application contains forms for letters of recommendations from teachers, parents, and a peer.  Please take your time filling it out and, as always, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

4.  The Interview:

After we have received your application we will contact you to schedule an interview. The interview is an important part of the application process. It is a time for you and your parents to ask more questions and it is a time for us to get to know you better. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed and we often will conduct interviews outside or while going for a short walk on the trails near the school. The interview and visit generally lasts about one hour.

Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis.
