Kristi Kremer has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with and emphasis in Bilingual Education,
as well as an ESL certification from the University of Northern Colorado. She has also garnered post-graduate credits in Art History from the University of Colorado Denver.
Before becoming a Watershed educator, Kristi taught at the Escuela de Guadalupe in Denver, Colorado as an Upper Elementary Bilingual Teacher. She has traveled to Spain, Mexico, Canada, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan, South Korea, and Bosnia.
Kristi is a Colorado native but has roots in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she learned to love the Spanish language and culture. She is married with two girls. Her family loves to travel together and they have traveled more as a family than Kristi ever did when she was single. They all participate in Mudra Dance Studio in Aurora, where they learn traditional Indian dance and drumming. One of her daughters is Vietnamese and so the Vietnamese culture is also a big part of her family life. She is currently applying to become a duel citizen for Spain and the United States and look forward to learning more about her new country.
