Pablo earned a BA in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College in Richmond, IN and a Masters of Global Studies with a concentration in Human Rights from Denver University Graduate School of International Studies. He was an Instructor, Course Director, Program Director, Senior Program Director and Safety Coordinator at Voyageur Outward Bound School for 10 years, a Spanish and Humanities Teacher at Rocky Mountain School of Expeditionary Learning for 9 years and has been at Watershed as a Humanities Educator for 16 years.

Pablo has extensive experience in the field guiding, leading and facilitating students in both wilderness and urban settings all over the United States and the world. At Watershed, he has designed, organized and led extensive multi-week educational trips throughout Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Kenya, China, and the Texas/Mexico border.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys, carpentry, backpacking, camping, expedition canoeing, and personal travel.
