MAGNUS HEALTH & PASSPORT RENEWAL INFORMATION
To access Magnus Health please login to your Veracross account. Once logged in, click on the large red Magnus Health link and follow prompts through the to-do list. For step-by-step instructions on how to access Magnus Health through your Veracross account, please watch this video.
PASSPORT RENEWALS
If your student's passport will be expiring before November 1, 2027, please reach out to frontdesk@watershedschool.org to provide an update on when you plan to renew your student's passport to ensure your student will be prepared for travel in the 26/27 school year. *Disclaimer from the US Dept. of State: If your passport expires within 6 months of your date of departure, you may be denied entry into some countries
UPDATING PHSYCIALS, MEDICATIONS, & IMMUNIZATIONS
Magnus Health can and should be updated throughout the year in the event that your student's health information changes, including any changes to their medications, renewing physicals, and updating immunizations.
2026-27 forms for Download
Physical Form (Required Every 12 Months) Students are required to have a current, annual physical completed and submitted to Watershed School at the start of the school year. To be considered valid, the physical must be dated within the last 12 months of the start of the school year (August 13 for Middle School or August 17 for Upper School). Be sure to schedule your appointments sooner than later!
Immunization Form (Required Every 12 Months) If your student is not up to date with all required immunizations and/or you do not intend to complete the required immunization schedule for your student, you will be required to submit a non-medical exemption form (personal or religious reasons) or permanent medical exemption form in lieu of proof of vaccine.
Please note: Watershed will gladly accept alternative physical and/or immunization forms if your physician provides paperwork that differs from the above attachments.
