To keep the creative sparks⚡️flying and community connected during COVID-19, Watershed partnered-up with the Boulder Potters’ Guild to engage students in virtual “apprenticeships”. Each of our 25 students was paired with a local ceramics artist and volunteer. Through one-on-one interviews, students learned how their artist became a potter, about the work they create, their personal creative process, and source of inspiration. The assignment culminated in the creation of multimedia presentations showcasing what each student learned.
