Upper school students in the Painting & Perception course devoted the semester to developing their oil painting practice, with focused study in value, composition, light, and visual analysis. Their culminating project challenged them to create original works that engage critically with the contemporary moment. The resulting pieces were diverse in approach and perspective, each inviting thoughtful dialogue. The collection was exhibited at Ampersand Coffee House, extending the conversation to the broader community.
