The Watershed Climbing Team is ranked 2nd in the state of Colorado!

When a handful of Watershed students set out to form a climbing club last year, they had no idea how quickly their idea would evolve into something much bigger. What began as a shared love of the sport—and a desire to bring the school community onto the wall—has grown into a full-fledged climbing team that’s already making a name for itself in the regional circuit, with their sights set nationally.

STATE COMPETITION - FEB. 28, 2026 • 2nd place

What an amazing weekend, season and State Competition for the Watershed Climbing Team! Chloe '26, Leo '26, Nadav '28, and Fin '26 qualified for States after months of hard work and a whole lot of team support - and they showed up when it counted.

Chloe made history as the first girl from Watershed to compete at States, we fielded a full boys team (no small feat in Colorado!), and we walked away with 2nd PLACE in the state as a team!

Nadav cracked the Top 10 in the state, and Fin & Leo ranked in the Top 20 in the state AND nation! Chloe placed 37th in the state and 47th in the nation - Top 50 nationally!

All four are headed to NATIONALS!
