the missing piece: watershed’s bay c expansion

Watershed’s campus has entered an exciting new chapter! We’re excited to launch The Missing Piece Campaign - an effort to fully realize Bay C as the final, essential component of our campus. When we moved to Spine Road, it was more than a real estate decision; it was a declaration about the kind of school we aspire to be. On March 1 of this year, we were able to take a meaningful step forward with our expansion into Bay C, a space filled with possibility. While it will require thoughtful updates before it can fully welcome students, we are already bringing its purpose into focus: a gym, a blackbox theater, a teaching kitchen, and a makerspace. More than any one feature, Bay C represents something deeper: a place where our community can gather, create, celebrate, and show up for one another in the ways that make Watershed feel like home.

Phase 1 of this work is a $450,000 project, with $200,000 already committed. We are now working to raise the remaining funds to complete renovations this summer and prepare the space for student use. Beyond these foundational improvements lies an even greater opportunity: to build out Bay C into a vibrant hub for athletics, the arts, and expanded learning - an environment that reflects the full range of our students’ talents and interests. Bringing this vision to life will take all of us.
